This Eichhorn family came from Wächtersbach. Conrad and his first wife, Elisabeth, had four children baptized on the following dates in Wächtersbach: Catharina Margaretha, 14 September 1740; Dorothea Amalia, 16 September 1742; Henrietta Louisa, 20 December 1744; and Anna, 4 June 1750. Elisabeth died, and Conrad married Susanna Hoffman, the daughter of Phillip Hoffmann, on 2 August 1753. The baptisms of their six children are recorded in the Wächtersbach church records as well: Anna Maria, 19 May 1754; Maria Margaretha, 25 August 1755; Christina Margaretha, 27 November 1757; Johann Isaac, 1 June 1760; Johannes, 21 February 1762; and Catharina, 15 July 1764.
Konrad & Susanna Eichhorn and 5 of the daughters daughters arrived in the Volga German colony of Huck on 1 July 1767 where they are recorded on the 1767 Census in Household No. 27.
Daughter Maria (recorded in 1767 as age 13) is recorded on the 1836-1845 Huck Communion Register in Household No. 101 as being born on 31 August 1755 in the German village of Wächtersbach.
The surname of Eichhorn does not continue in the colony of Huck.
