They had a number of children in Romrod and immigrated with three of them to Russia, arriving at the port in Oranienbaum on 12 September 1766. They settled in the colony of Paulskaya on 23 July 1767. However, by the time that the 1767 Census was completed, recording them in Household No. 64 in Paulskaya, all three children had died.
