History: 

Urbach Station was located just south of Neu-Urbach, along the railroad line that went to Saratov.  The settlement arose during the construction of the Ryazan-Ural railway in 1892-1895.

Today, what remains of the former colony of Urbach Station is known as Pushkin.

Church: 

There was a Lutheran church in the colony which belonged to the Fresental Parish.  There was also a Catholic prayer house in the colony which belonged to the Liebental Parish.
