Johann Kleinsberger, a farmer, his wife Susanna, and son Franziscus (age 13) arrived from Rewal at the port of Oranienbaum on 30 May 1766 aboard the pink Novaya Dvinka under the command of Lieutenant Ivan Perepechin. Son Franz is recorded on the 1798 census of Göbel in Household No. Gb41.

The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Johann Kleinsberger came from the German region of Mainz.
