Widow Margaretha Nünstill and her son Valentin arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 29 August 1766 aboard a ship under the command of Skipper Johann Skott. She remarried to the widower Heinrich Lauterbach who arrived in Oranienbaum on the same ship.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Kraft on 18 August 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 6 with the combined Lauterbach and Nünstill families.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Margaretha Nünstill came from the German village of Dienheim.
