Konrad Pieh, a farmer, settled in the Volga German colony of Krasnoyar on 20 July 1767. He is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 15, along with his new wife, Elisabeth.

The 1767 census records that Konrad Pieh came from the German region of Laubach.
