Discussion & Documentation:

Susanna Elisabeth, daughter of Maria Veronica Stellwagen, was born on 13 January 1752 in Sprendlingen, Pfalz.

Widow Maria Veronica Stellwagen and her daughter arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 June 1766 aboard the ship Die Perle under the command of Skipper Thomson.

Daughter Elisabeth settled in the Volga German colony of Kolb on 13 May 1767 and is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 22 living with the Jakob Müller family. The 1767 census does not record a relationship between the Müller and Stellwagen families.

There do not appear to be any surviving male descendants of this Stellwagen family among the Volga German colonies.
